Yoga means “to unite” meaning to unite the body and mind or soul. Yoga is now heavily considered to be solely poses in the body (asansas) and in the breath (pranayama) but yoga has been practiced in daily for centuries as a way of life. 


In our Yoga group fitness classes we will incorporate some props to help you in class: a yoga mat, yoga blocks, and yoga straps to list a few. Each of these are to aid you in a pose and to help you feel successful in your practice.

I truly believe that group fitness is for EVERY BODY! Each individual will benefit from attending . Whether it be your posture,  your muscle endurance, meeting new friends or learning to love your body more… Fitness is for YOU!

What We Offer:

Barre is a blend of ballet, Pilates, and yoga; targeting posture and increasing range of motion.

willPower & Grace~

Where HIIT meets yoga; intense cardio externally and intense yoga internally.

Yoga~

Flows that include static and active stretching and strengthening.

mat Pilates~

Focusing on control, breath, flexibility, and overall body conditioning.

Strength~

Pairing dynamic movements with strategic sequences to strengthen muscle and facia while ramping up the metabolism.

Balletone~

A ballet infused cardio dance fitness program.
