Hello! My name is Tiffany Eslick. I am a group fitness instructor. I am BarreAbove Certified, Balletone Certified, and CardioYoga Certified.

I truly believe that Barre is for EVERY BODY! Each individual will benefit from taking Barre. Whether it be your posture, your muscle endurance or meeting new friends; Barre is for everyone!

Barre is the fusion of ballet, pilates, and yoga with bursts of cardio and a little bit of shaking! The ballet aspect incorporates long lines in how the body is held, lifted posture and gentle movements. The pilates aspect brings small, controlled movements to increase endurance and tone muscle for improved daily activities. Using yoga based posing allows breath, lengthening, and flexibility to benefit our bodies as well.

The Barre classes I lead are upbeat and energizing!
Each class is themed to the playlist; for example: "Girl Power!" "EDM" or "80's Music"
I will encourage you to push through any challenges and help you modify any positions needed!
The goal is for you to feel you have worked hard, are stronger, and had a BLAST while doing it!
